SAP Appeal Form

Students who have been suspended from receiving Federal Financial Aid for not meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) may appeal to regain Federal Financial Aid eligibility for one semester.

In order for an appeal to be reviewed by the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) committee, a student must have a documented extenuating circumstance.

Reasonable extenuating circumstances would be, but not limited to, death of a relative, injury or illness of student, family difficulties, such as divorce or illness, or other situations beyond a student’s control.

IMPORTANT: Please attach all supporting documentation and be as thorough as possible. An appeal needing further clarification could delay review of the appeal.
