To request an official transcript to be mailed or emailed, print, complete, sign (digital signatures are not accepted), and return the transcript request form to the Registrar's office at Highland Community College.  HCC does not charge a transcript fee.

National Student Clearinghouse (Best option for an emailed transcript from institution to institution or a  business listed within the NSC transcript request form at the website below.)

To have an official transcript emailed to another school, submit the request through the National Student Clearinghouse website at https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/ficecode/00192100.  The National Student Clearinghouse assesses a fee of $2.50 for processing each transcript.  Transcripts requested through the National Student Clearinghouse have a consent form that must be completed prior to having a transcript processed. Read the directions carefully to avoid delays.

Requests for transcripts to be faxed or emailed are unofficial. However, some institutions may accept an emailed copy directly from HCC.  It is the student's responsibility to know how the receiving institution will accept a transcript.  Please check with the receiving institution prior to submitting the transcript request form.

Current students should request a transcript through their MyHCC account.  Students will need their username (lastname.firstname) and password the student created to access accounts. Click on the grades tab and select "request transcript".  Follow the directions carefully.

Allow two (2) business days from the time HCC receives the request for processing.
