Welcome to HCC!
Fall 2021 Registration & Move-In Day is scheduled from 9am-4pm on Thursday, August 19, 2021 for all students. Students may not check into housing early. There is also a MANDATORY Housing Orientation meeting at 8:00 pm in the Auditorium on August 19, 2021 for all new students living in Highland campus housing!
All students will check-in at the HCC Walters Wellness Center, which is located on 205 N Prairie St in Highland, KS.
In order for students to recieve their books and housing keys, payment must be made in full using financial aid, scholarships, payment, and/or by setting up a payment plan.
All students should login to their MyHCC account to check the status of their balance ahead of time to ensure payment and ease through the check-in process.

Students are encouraged to conduct their own evaluation of their apartment and report any additions or discrepancies to HCC Housing Staff immediately. All students must complete an Apartment Condition and Inventory Report form located on our website within seven days of move-in.
Students have seven days after Move-In Day to report any damages discovered to the HCC housing staff. After seven days, students will be charged for any damages discovered by HCC housing staff during any semester, at the time of check-out or after all students have completed checked out.
