Highland's Wilmarth Named Player of the Week
Highland Community College sophomore outfielder Holly Wilmarth (Maryville, MO) has been named the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Verizon Wireless Player of the Week for her outstanding performance last week. Wilmarth helped the Scotties win seven of eight games on the week by batting .560 (14-of-25) with six home runs and 16 runs batted in. She had two multi-homer games and scored 11 runs.
