Later in the day, several team members participated in a film screening and facilitated discussion of "The Hunting Ground." The film is a groundbreaking expose of rape crimes on US college campuses, their institutional cover-ups, and the devastating toil they take on students and their families. Annie E. Clar and Andrea L. Pino, victim activists featured in the film, led the discussion after the film screening. They also presented the opening keynote on November 4th.
CNN will be airing the film on Thursday, November 19 at 8:00 PM and will follow it with a round table discussion. The College will be providing a film screening for all of the HCC community later this year.
