The Kansas Association of Community College Trustees (KACCT) held their quarterly meeting on Highland's Main Campus September 14 and 15. The organization is comprised of community college trustees, presidents and stakeholders from around the state.
While on campus, leaders discussed comprehensive agenda items such as current issues in higher education, legislation, leadership development and also heard from Kansas State Senator Ed Burger, chair of the Kansas Higher Education Subcommittee.
Highland Community College President David Reist said, “The KACCT keeps community college administrators and trustees connected and we were honored to welcome guests from across Kansas to campus.”
